- MBA with 5-8 yrs. of experience with broad knowledge and experience in HR domain.
- Recruitment, Sourcing within TAT, Analysis, and Cost optimization.
- Developing HR strategies, policies, and practices for organization development.
- Hand on HR Automation (End to End HRIS upgradation)
- Interact with teams/ individuals to feel the pulse of the organization and bring about changes/ improvements.
- Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic
- Ability to build professional relationships with Stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills & Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient in English communications and MS office.
