Assistant Manager HR (Payroll & Ops)
We are hiring for MNC company based Bangalore.
Position : Lead Payroll & HR Operations.
Team : 3 to 4 people.
Reporting : Head of HR Operations.
Salary : 12 to 15 Lakh
Hiring Criteria :
1) Candidate should be experienced in handling 3000+ employees Payroll.
2) Good in Vendor management and liaising with PF body & local statutory govt bodies - The Ministry of Labour & Employment.
3) Must be proficient in Kannada language and other south state languages.
4) Good communication skills.
5) Age : Under 38 to 40
6) Good with Labour laws
Candidate job profile :
- Responsible for operations and ensure compliance with all payroll related statutory requirements are completed.
- Lead a team for seamless HR operations and Payroll.
- Responsible for continuous improvement of processes & adherence to process SLAs.
- Working knowledge of any HRMS or any ERP, Maintaining and updating payroll information and resolving any discrepancies.
- Preparing and sending PF, ESI, PT Reports to vendor, payment reconciliation and record keeping, Reimbursement claim processing, Developing operational reporting and dashboards as and when required
- Ensuring joining completions, employee asset management, ID Cards, office desk, phone allotment.
- Lead and manage HR operational queries from employees and handle proactively with accurate problem solution & address queries within timelines.
- Exit Record ; Ensure timely in the portal and employees records are updated.
- Implementation and adoption of the law to ensure compliance work.
- To look after payroll vendors.
- Good with external relationship with PF body & local statutory govt bodies ; The Ministry of Labour & Employment
