ASSISTANT MANAGER HR
There are 2 COE roles :
1. Talent Management will include PMS, Succession Planning & Learning
2. Compensation & Benefits including policies, HR data & analytics & HRIS
Will include HRBP responsibility for a few critical functions such as :
1. R&D, Production, Quality
2. Sales, Service, Laboratory Services & Enabler functions
3. Strategize and implement CoE-initiated HR plans, programs, processes, and tools to ensure business unit needs are met while remaining compliant with policy.
4. Analyse how change can be sustained/supported through redesigned HR strategies, programs, practices, policies, and processes and implement the same.
