Assistant Manager - Human Resources - IT/ITES/KPO/BFSI

We are currently looking for a AM- HR role based at Chennai.

- Required experience of 5-7 yrs with full time MBA from IT/ ITES/ Shared services/ Banking/ Financial services/ KPO/ Consulting.

Role involves:

- Responsible for partnering with the leadership to engage on people issues pertaining to the team

- Drive and innovate member rewards and recognition program

- Deep dive in to the engagement survey scores and identify gap areas

- Drive recruiting efforts for multiple teams/Service Lines. Handle multiple and complex open positions across domain along with campus hiring

- S/he will be responsible to drive recruitment for multiple open positions with diverse service lines along with conceptualizing/driving various HR best practice initiatives. S/he will be involved in campus hiring as well.
