Job Description :
- Looking for an experienced HR professional preferably with prior experience in handling Performance Management
- Manage all parts of the new age performance management initiatives from design to pilot to introduction.
- Lead performance cycle by working closely with stakeholders to enhance the effectiveness of the process
- Good command over communication
- Good Analytical skills
- Prior experience of running assessment centres would be an added advantage.
- Centre of Excellence/Corporate HR profile.
- Some of the attributes expected: Attention to detail, dedicated, Perseverance and Proactiveness in approaching work/ deliverables.
