KRA's:
- Manage a diverse portfolio of strategic hires across the MISA sub-region, from sourcing, headhunting, to screening, assessing and advising
- you will be driving the definition of role requirements, identifying the most appropriate recruitment channels, screening / interviewing / assessing candidates, and monitoring pipelines through to negotiation and candidate acceptance
-Implement creative recruitment strategies to meet hiring demands across the business - using various recruitment methods / channels as appropriate - job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, etc.
- Work closely with the regional and global HR teams to assess internal talent, to review and assist with future talent moves, to participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions and to advise on offers
- Build strategic relationships with the Senior Leadership team in IS and the Regional Heads of Function, bringing updates, insight and market intelligence - communicate challenges / opportunities / ideas!
- Build strong, external, strategic relationships in order to promote organization as an Employer of Choice - develop and maintain fruitful working relationships with our preferred external partners / vendors
- Maintain candidate and requisition data accurately on the global ATS - SuccessFactors - to ensure BI reporting is accurate and transparent
- Report and measure the impact / return-on-investment of various activities including spend, agency usage, recruitment campaigns and various recruitment metrics
- Work cross-functionally to promote our Employer Brand and always represent Brand in the best possible way
- Assist with strategic TA-related projects in the region (example, graduate hiring) when required
- Manage the onboarding activities for all the employees & come up with best in line practices to create a wow feeling during onboarding
- Be a brand ambassador for organization help the new joinees get inducted well into the company
- Lead & Manage Employer branding programs at organization IS
- Manage the complete Employee Engagement activities at organization IS
Personal Specification :
- Minimum Bachelors/PG degree
- Minimum 8 years' dedicated recruitment experience - applicants will need to have worked in an in-house Talent Acquisition capacity, but previous executive search / agency experience is highly beneficial
- Experience partnering with managers, interviewers and HR throughout the recruitment process - excellent stakeholder management skills
- Preference shown for those candidates who have recruited for manufacturing industry or similar
- Experience in recruiting for multiple countries within Middle East, Africa and India is a requirement for the role
- Experience dealing with global mobility cases and the recruiting of international candidates is highly desirable
- Must have competency-based interviewing experience
