Responsibilities :
Talent Acquisition :
- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment cycle, ensuring you conduct strategic planning, attraction, sourcing, selection, and conversion of candidates for both specific requisitions, building a diverse pipeline of highly skilled resources, effectively managing candidate relationships.
- Handle recruitment activities from gathering the role's responsibilities, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and following up until the candidate joins.
- Work with hiring managers to understand immediate and future requirements in business units to regulate direction of efforts.
- Interview candidates within the framework of the position specification. Possess validated ability to screen, interview and prepare an ideal candidate within an appropriate and consistent timeline.
- Manage Reporting and Analytics
- Responsible for managing/driving key recruitment metrics
- Client Management
Training :
- Creating training programme as part of annual training calendar that are aligned with the organization's objectives and having a strong understanding of what these are
- Acting as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
- Having an awareness of the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training
Education & Experience :
- MBA
- Minimum 4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition domain
- Professional knowledge related to the incumbent's position, team, and department.
- Ability to absorb professional knowledge quickly and develop skills.
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals with creative approach to work.
