Job Description - Work in a generalist profile, directly with the leadership on various key projects

Description
- Manage all communication to the larger organisation regarding joining announcements, birthdays, daily health tips, CSR, policy reinforcements
- Identify cost effective opportunities to drive new engagement initiatives - tie ups with vendors for employee engagement, health drives, checkups and so on
- Consolidate and own all Business Partnering data trackers - confirmation status, RISE review completion, exit interview tracking, attrition analysis, training attendees etc
- Work on HR dashboards for recruitment, attrition, exit to be presented to internal leaders on periodical basis
- Drive probation and confirmation process through rigorous follow up and accurate trackers to maintain status changes
- Ensure completion of quarterly and annual performance reviews on SuccessFactors through periodic communication
- Create and maintain the engagement calendar, execute engagement activities across HO and branch offices, and plan CSR activities when feasible (including donation/plantation drives, participation in marathon's etc)
- Organise monthly training sessions for employee information such as financial planning, tax saving, manager workshops through zoom or face to face
- Independently manage group HR mailbox and our internal social networking site JAM to ensure regular high quality communication
- Create impactful presentations to communicate HR achievements and progress for global platforms, monthly and quarterly reporting on recruitment status, activities completion
- Support in candidate offer fitment and approvals from regional leaders as and when required
- Lead HR audit for data accuracy published on Successfactors
Profile
- The role requires strong command over MS tools like MS Excel and power point
- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work at both a strategic and operational level
- Detail oriented, meticulous, good analytical skills and high energy levels is a MUST
- MBA/Post Graduate
- 6-8 years experience in MIS and generalist HR profiles
- Ability to work under pressure, organise and prioritise work
- Ability to meet all deadlines and work independently
