Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Job Description:
- Assist the HR Manager in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent.
- Utilize various recruitment channels and methods to source and attract high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and educational institutions to create a strong talent pipeline.
- Administer employee benefits programs and provide support to employees regarding benefits-related inquiries.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.
- Assist in performance management processes, including performance reviews and development plans.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at improving HR processes and enhancing employee engagement.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations for management as needed.
