This role will be on the payroll of Quess Corp Ltd ( It is not a Temp role) .
Objective Of this role :
Maintaining, supporting and upgrading the HR technology interventions for Business.
Role Details :
Role holder will assist the Lead - HR Technology in development, support and maintenance of technology integrations towards People processes and policies thus supporting Lifestyle Business's of Raymond.
Responsibilities :
- Work as contributor for technical process configurations with an aim of 100% mobile integration.
- Co-ordinate technology interventions/ upgrades/ new developments (Learning Management, Career & Succession Planning, Compensation with TRS).
- Knowledge on Query Management, RCM &ONBwill be preferred
- Co-ordinate with IT team to ensure technical requirements are met
- Interface with users & Core team to bridge gaps arising out of transition from legacy to automated processes.
- Support users in all locations with regard to queries / trouble shooting on the HRIS processes.
- Co-ordinate and ensure user support training.
- Co-ordinate / guide the HR Ops team to ensure uniform adherence to HR processes across locations.
- Track and improve upon online HR process compliance.
- Create user/ system manuals, FAQs and support documents for all concerned stakeholders
- Drive usage and monitor ROI against launched modules
MEASURE OF SUCCESS :
- 100% Adherence to timelines in implementation for new modules
- ROI against modules post 6 months of go live date
- Positive response / improvement in employee feedback /survey
