The client is a leading E-commerce marketplace for making rural art and crafts available to the entire world.

They cater to intenders, intending to buy an artwork for pleasure, interest or for utility purpose belonging to India, European countries and USA (to begin with)

Individuals : SEC AB, M/F, Age- 30+, Indians, NRIs and other nationals.

Institutions: Corporates, Hotels/Restaurants with focus on niche interiors, Builders/Architects

Role : Assistant Manager-HR

Report to : Head HR

- IC role

Experience required : 3yrs-4 yrs

- Can join in a month's time

Responsibilities :

- In depth understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition

- 70% Talent Acquisition, 30% HR Generalist/HR Operations

- Employee Engagement

- Performance Management

- HR daily operations (Leave/Attendance/Driving HR Policies/Payroll etc)

Desired Skills :

- MBA from Tier 1/Tier2 institutes

- Technically sound with a flair to grow in a start-up

- Smart and People advocate

- Candidates who have worked in E-commerce/Retail

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
