Report to : Head HR

Experience required : 3yrs-4 yrs
- Can join in a month's time
Responsibilities :
- In depth understanding of end-to-end talent acquisition
- 70% Talent Acquisition, 30% HR Generalist/HR Operations
- Employee Engagement
- Performance Management
- HR daily operations (Leave/Attendance/Driving HR Policies/Payroll etc)
Desired Skills :
- MBA from Tier 1/Tier2 institutes
- Technically sound with a flair to grow in a start-up
- Smart and People advocate
- Candidates who have worked in E-commerce/Retail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Salary Offered : 7-10 LPA
