Position : Asst. Manager - HR

Key Responsibilities / Functions :
Recruitment / Talent Acquisition :
- Responsible to fill vacancies as per approved budgets for all critical positions
- Proactively maintain adequate pipeline of candidates for critical positions - Vacancy closure as per TAT
Employee Orientation, Training & Development :
- To foster positive attitudes
- Training to enhance capability
- To understand their career aspirations & clarify expectations
- To discuss career options in the organization
- Employee retention
HR Operations :
- Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and programs.
- Advice the management for an appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
- Design Initiative to drive employee engagement and retention
- conduct Rewards & Recognition Programmes
- Ensure record keeping and analytic feedback of employee foot print.
Skill Set :
- Extremely good oral & written communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge on MS applications such as Excel, power point, visio
- Ability to analyze data from various sources and publish dashboards, reports/ presentations
- Ability to multitask
Qualification : MBA (HR) / Other Post Graduation(HR)
Experience : 2 - 5 years of experience. Preference to candidates from an NBFC / BFSI background
