Job Description:
- Statutory Compliance under the Factory Act and various labor laws.
- Recruitment of all levels for plant.
- Manpower planning as per requirement. Ensure that adequate manpower is available in the plant to carry out the scheduled activities.
- Wage and salary administration.
- Disciplinary actions.
- labor management as a Principle employer and resolve issues related to them.
- Handling Contract Labourers, and Mathadi workers, and fulfilling necessary Statutory compliance as required.
- To carry out an annual appraisal system.
- Employee safety, hygiene, and welfare activities.
- Induction to recruit.
- To ensure that Forms/Registers/Returns under various applied labor laws are filed on time.
- To liaison with government offices/agencies like Factory Inspectors, Labour Inspectors, MIDC, Police, Panchayat,
- Employment &Training etc for statutory compliance.
- To arrange for and coordinate internal/external training programs for employees.
- To carry out annual medical checkups
- HR dept. SOP training and relevant documentation.
- Monitor and maintain discipline on the premises
- Full and final settlements.
- Security Management, Canteen Management,
- Procurement of General & consumable stationery
- Verification of contractors' bills and submit to the Account Department.
- Managing the HR activities on the Plant Level.
