Educational Qualifications : Graduate + MBA from a good B school
Key Responsibilities :
- Complete ownership of the payroll process.
- Handle coordination, compliance to statutory guidelines and auditing of payroll data once received from the vendor
- Remittance & Returns of all statutory requirements i.e - ESIC, EPF, LWF , Factory, Shops, Bonus etc.
- Liaison with Govt. bodies for PF, ESI, Factory, Shop & establishment, and labor department.
- Compliances Audit as per need with internal & external auditors.
- Visit in Labor Office/Court, Pf Office, ESIC office, Pollution and MCD for Audits requirements.
- Issue warning letter, appointment letters, and Transfer letters etc as per norms.
- Managing employee benefits program
- Vendor engagement & management for payroll and statutory compliances
- Performing Annual PMS exercise(salary revision, rationalization & performance pay calculations)
- Responsible for various MIS reports like (Payroll MIS, Head count, attrition, wage cost etc.)
