Role Summary :
The Assistant Manager - HR would be the single point of contact for all HR aspects in the company across locations. He/She would directly work with the Commcise Leadership Team in driving and implementing the People Strategy Initiatives.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Be the Brand Ambassador for Commcise as an employer
- Be the SPOC for all HR related matters
- Understand the overall business goals and align the HR Strategy accordingly
- Provides advice, counsels and coaches all employees : change management, cultural alignment, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, succession planning, leadership development, performance management, organizational design, workforce planning, compensation management and talent analytics
- Acts as ambassador to drive culture of Learning and Development by focusing on Return on Investment (ROI)
- Works closely and coach business managers and functional leaders to drive Talent Management initiatives and ensure a strong talent pipeline to support the business growth
- Manage day to day HR Operations and ensure highest level of HR Service across the whole spectrum of HR
- Responsible for recruiting, building and sustaining a great talent team
- Responsible for implementing best in class HR practices and brand Commcise as an - Employer of Choice-
- Assist CEO/Senior leadership on management tasks needed such as calendar management, invoicing etc
