ROLE DEFINITION :
Key Deliverables : The candidate shall be responsible for Jaipur Plant Payroll, Compliance, Personnel Records, Employee care.
ROLE DESCRIPTORS :
Statutory Compliances :
- To ensure 100 % site statutory compliances
- Ensure proper statutory records and returns
- Submission of timely returns
- Management of contract labour compliances
- Maintenance and updating SMART TOOL records and returns
Management Payroll :
- Managing employee lifecycle in SAP like - Hiring of New Joiners, Transfers, Resignations, Promotions etc.
- Responsible for compiling variable salary inputs every months for payroll processing such as Attendance, Leave, LOP Days, Arrear, Deduction, Advance, Joining Bonus, Revised Salary Breakup, Deferred bonus, Production Incentive etc.
- Processing annual payments like - LTA/Medical reimbursements etc.
- Final Overtime Hours sheet and Preparing overtime Salary of Employees as and when applicable.
- Verification of the draft salary registers along with Authorized person on monthly basis.Handling queries of employees related to Salary, Attendance, leaves, Deductions and Pay slip. Maintaining Audit friendly trail of the document
Time & Attendance :
- Daily Time & Attendance report / data processing, Generation of daily attendance reports, exception reports generation and maintenance of the statutory forms like - Muster Roll, Leave Book, Leave Register etc, generate Monthly Attendance Data out of Online Attendance Software, Actuarial Valuation of Leave Data
Personnel & Establishment :
- Ensure proper maintenance of all personnel and HR related records & documents
- To manage employee welfare service
Full & Final Settlements and Exit Process :
- Management Approval on all Resignation cases before start of Full & Final Settlement, Ensuring Completion of - No Dues- process as part of Full & Final Settlement,
- Processing Full & Final Settlement considering inputs like - Paid leave encashment, Notice period pay or recovery, reimbursement balance, Gratuity, salary, other recovery etc.,
- Completing full & Final Settlement process as per company policy, Issuance of Reliving Letter .
HR MIS Report :
- Updating the Employee Master data & Manpower Reports
- Preparation, Validation and Submission of Monthly Manpower MIS
- Providing inputs data for various insurance policies like - GPA, Medical, Life Term etc
ACCOUNTABILITIES :
- Timely and Qualitative Execution of Payroll
- Timely and Qualitative Execution of various committees & forums for two way communication
- Ensuring no loss of production due to unavailability of manpower
- Employee Satisfaction Index
- Culture building initiatives as per Goal Setting exercise
- Timely Execution of General Administration & Statutory Compliances

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS :
Nice to have :
- Preferably from Construction Equipment / Heavy Earth moving / Automobile / Auto components
Need to have :
- 8-10 years relevant experience from manufacturing industry

- Post-Graduation in HR / Personnel Management
