Salary offered: 11 - 12 LPA
Compensation & Benefits :
- End to end co-ordination with internal stakeholders and external market survey companies including participation, data output, analytics etc. Implemented a project for Salary Benchmarking across IT industry through channel of Mercer Consulting for compensation.
- Responsible for accurate and effective processing of periodic payouts such as Variable/Fixed term Bonus payout, Shift allowances and Leave encashment etc.
- Managing annual salary revisions in India and other global location.
HR Special Projects :
- Active Team member in executing 4 Merger and Acquisition projects encompassing compensation and benefits mapping, offer to induct and change management.
- Tracking, analysis of budget and HR Dashboard.
HR Operations/Generalist :
- Effective management of employee life cycle processes and policies from pre joining to post separation with team of 4.
- Owner of the employee Policies, Operational guideline document.
- Continuous enhancement of the employee policies and processes by evaluating and redesigning them as per the business requirement, employee expectations, business demands and Market benchmarks.
- Employee welfare activities like Long Service recognition, Festival Celebrations, Scholarships, Cultural events, Family days and Annual Recognition Nite. Annual Medical Checkup for employees.
- SPOC for Malaysia Unit. Involved since the acquisition of employees, policy campaign for MY employees, handling grievances. Make this in line with change management for the new acquired business employees.
- Responsible to take necessary disciplinary action on the information security cases reported to HR.
