Our client is a billion dollar top line company holding 45% market share in India and 50% share in the export market.
As an Assistant Manager - HR, you will be the single point of contact for the employees and managers in the business unit and will report into General Manager - HR. You will work closely with HR team to various locations and employees for an exceptional employee experience and be creating best workplace environment.
Some of the Key Responsibilities will include:
Excellent Employee Experience :
- Ensuring a smooth and structured onboarding and induction process
- Ensuring to partner with HR operations to address employee grievances
- Conducting regular meetings with India and Overseas employees
- Ensuring consistent and effective HR communication across HO, Plants and Overseas offices
Performance Management System and Review :
- Working closely with business heads and HR team to deliver a robust performance management system and review mechanism
- Developing, implementing and successfully maintaining the Balanced Scorecard process across the company
- Partnering with HR operations to ensure performance review feedback preparation and reports generation
- Executing performance improvement plans and processes
- Preparing quarter performance review meetings and plans
Employee Engagement & Training:
- Designing and executing most effective employee engagement initiatives and training workshops
- Conducting Training Need Analysis and partnering with different stakeholders internally or externally to execute training programs
- Working closely with middle management to facilitate various change management initiatives
- Facilitating talent development actions
- Collaborating with Plant HR on all the engagement and training initiatives
HR Policies & Industry best practices trends:
- Researching emerging trends on HR practices
- Collaborating with various geographical offices and plants to introduce consistency in HR practices
- Coordinating with employee representative forums and works councils
- Suggesting new HR strategies and helping to reshape, drive and establish the HR model and culture
Candidate Profile:
- B.Tech with Post Graduate degree in HR preferably from LBS/ IMS Gzb
- Female Candidates preferred
- Demonstrable experience of 2 - 6 years handling all facets of Employee Life Cycle Management, HR Audit Mechanisms and Statutory Frameworks
- Tech Savvy and strong at data analytics
- Strong Project Management and Change Management Skills
- Assertive with excellent communication skills
- Flexible for 6 days a week working structure
Salary Offered: 8-10Lacs
