Job Objective:
- This position proactively provide total people solutions such as recruitment, HR programs, training and development, employee health and hygiene program, and other employee programs to functional departments to support overall business growth in India.
- Partner with HR Strategic Business Partner to deploy integrated HR support and services, talent management, development, compensation, performance management and workplace rights strategies in the Plant.
