Opportunity with one of India's largest fashion retailers. He/ She will be a part of their Apparel business team and will be responsible for talent acquisition, on boarding, employee experience, performance management, strategic project.
Job Description:
- Will be part of manpower budgeting discussion with Business. Will have to partner with Business in framing Sourcing & hiring strategy. This will also involve interviewing candidates, short listing & releasing the offer.
- Will have to ensure smooth on boarding experience for all new joinees for enabling function for Apparel Business. Will be responsible for creating On boarding Score card & planning the next action steps as per the analysis of the score card
- Will be the key partner for driving various engagement initiatives. Planning & executing the initiative end to end is the key expectations.
- Will be responsible for creating & executing IDPs for Sales & enabling function
- Will be responsible for releasing monthly score card & will be part of Sales Reviews.
- Will also play vital role in driving Team's strategic initiatives & will be responsible for managing end to end accountabilities for prescribed agenda.
