JOB ROLE:

- Performance Management for all employees in a region.
- Employee engagement initiatives for all employees in a region.
- Recruitment of front line managers & administration staff.
- Statutory Compliance for all units in a region.
- Learning & Development initiatives for all employees in a region.
- Budgets pertaining to employee benefits.
- Organization structure pertaining to the region.
- Miscellaneous projects to improve capability of employees in a region.
