Key Responsibilities:
- Administer compensation, benefits and performance management systems along with employee engagement programs
- Identify staff vacancies to recruit, interview and select applicants. Coordinate end to end recruitment efforts
- Establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of HR development
- Provide a broad range of consultative services to all levels of employees regarding policies and procedures.
- Facilitate communication among employees and management.
- Guide managers and employees on problem-solving, dispute resolution and regulatory compliance
- Advise managers on organizational policy matters such as disciplinary procedures and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes
- Handle exit interviews and appropriate analysis of exit feedback and suggest relevant action plan if any.
- Direct the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management. Audit and authenticate all documents related to legal, salary statements and distribution, policies etc
Qualification & Skills:
- 2-3 years- experience in HR especially in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement
- Experience in handling range of HR workstreams with minimal guidance
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements in HR
- Excellent organisational skills and good attention to detail
- Excellent ability to gather, collate and analyse HR and related information
- Adept at using, adopting, and deploying technology relevant to the function
