Role Title : Assistant Manager - Human Resource & Administration

Function : HR & Administration

Functionally : Regional Head

Purpose of the role :

Key Responsibilities :

Descriptive Parameters :

Talent acquisition :

- Scrutinize and shortlist relevant CVs from different sources like campuses, job portals etc to meet identified vacancies in the organization

- Coordinate and conduct various rounds of interview, namely, telephonic, technical & HR round for shortlisted candidates.

- Draft the appointment letters for the selected candidates.

- Coordinate the on-boarding and first day induction process of new hires and interns by managing logistics like ID cards, mail Ids, bank accounts

Learning and Development :

- Coordinate with participants, trainers etc and manage administrative arrangements for conducting of training programmes.

- Raise invoice for payment of trainers and send it to accounts department after manager's approval.

- Update training database and send MIS as per pre-defined formats for internal analysis and records.

Exit Management :

- Draft the service, experience and relieving letter for the employee.

- Ensure that all company access given to the employee like ID card/ database access/ lotus notes id etc. are revoked on the last working day of the employee.

- Conduct exit interview for the employee.

Housekeeping Services :

- Monitor House Keeping Services and process requests for bad service wherever required towards ensuring a cleaner workplace.

- Coordinate the House Keeping Service Staff to ensure timely service.

Role Description for : Assistant Manager- HR & Administration

- To provide general administration support to all Internal Departments of NSE to ensure statutory compliance and maintain satisfaction of employees with administration services provided.

Canteen Facility for staff :

- Check and ensure clean Canteen Services are offered to employees which includes Health Conscious Food.

- Verify Canteen problems and take required steps to correct the same within timeframes.

- Register Employee complaints and dissatisfaction and take steps to improve the service quality in the canteen.

Dispatch of documents :

- Verify and dispatch all documents from different internal departments of NSE and Courier Services.

Event Management :

- Coordinate events as and when required by various departments i.e. Listing Ceremony, etc.

- Provide support for the events when held outside the premises which includes negotiations with the vendors, finalising the venue in close coordination with the concerned department, finalising all details including food, travel etc.

Note: Additional responsibilities may be added from time to time depending on organisational requirements.

Educational Qualifications :

Essential - MBA/MMS
