Job Role: Zone HR (AM/DM).
Location: Worli (Mumbai).
Experience: 8 to 10 years.
Qualification: MBA in HR (Mandatory).
Role Summary:
- Zone HR is responsible for implementing HR policies, processes, and practices at the zonal level.
- This role is crucial in ensuring smooth HR operations, fostering a positive work environment, and supporting the overall business objectives of RR Parkon.
- The role also involves coordinating with various departments to ensure that HR practices align with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities :
HR Operations:
- Manage day-to-day HR activities for the assigned zone, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Coordinate with the Corporate & Plant HR to implement HR initiatives and projects at the branch level.
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:
- Work with the recruitment team to identify and fulfill staffing needs for the zone.
- Conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate interview schedules, and support the selection process.
- Facilitate smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement activities and communication.
- Address employee grievances and provide counseling to resolve workplace issues.
- Conduct regular feedback sessions and exit interviews to understand employee satisfaction and areas for improvement.
HR Policy Implementation:
- Ensure that all HR policies and procedures are effectively communicated and adhered to at the branch level.
- Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and practices.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare and submit regular HR reports to the Head HR, including data on recruitment, employee turnover, attendance, and other HR metrics.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to HR operations.
Performance Management:
- Assist in the implementation of the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual performance reviews.
- Provide support and guidance to managers and employees regarding performance expectations and improvement plans.
Note: The role requires frequent travel to different sites within the assigned zone.
- The candidate should be comfortable working in both office and site environments.
