Roles & Responsibilities:

- Assist in the design and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals.

- Drive digitization initiatives, including AI-driven HR solutions and HR analytics.

- Enhance efficiency in HR processes through automation and digital tools.

- Drive campus hiring strategies to build a strong talent pipeline.

- Design and execute training programs.

- Build and maintain a digital repository for continuous learning.

- Lead engagement initiatives, including the Annual Employee Engagement Survey.

- Develop and implement retention programs for high-potential employees.

- Drive internal R&R programs

- Support in PMS initiatives to ensure alignment with business objectives.

- Implement succession planning frameworks like the 9-box model.

- Draft and update HR policies

- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory HR requirements

Experience & Education:

- MBA in HR with minimum 2+ years of working experience in Manufacturing or Industrial set up

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent in Excel, PPT & Canva
