Requirements :
- Minimum 4-5 years work experience in BFSI / Consulting / Information Systems environment, working on Human Capital Management. Must be able to deliver results in a high pressure, quick-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR Processes, HR systems, and underlying data is a big plus. Human Capital Management analyst responsibilities include using the business knowledge to develop and analyze policies, procedures, and programs that would support the organization's human capital initiative.
- Experience in designing and formulating talent development, OD, L&D frameworks, KRA & KPI setting experience, goal setting experience, etc.
- Excellent Communication Skills( written and verbal)
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Has analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
