Assistant Manager - Statutory Compliance

Experience: 3~10 years

Qualification: MLM / PD Diploma in Labour Laws / MHRM / MBA / MSW - HR

Job locations:

1. Gachibowli, Hyderabad - 1 Position

2. Gadag, Karnataka - 1 position

Responsibilities:

- Ensure 100 % Compliances at project sites which shall include obtaining Statutory Licences & Registration Certificates within the prescribed limit of applicable Acts and renewal before expiry.

- Experience in BOCW, BOCW Cess, ISMW, CLRA, EPF, EC, ESI, PT, LWF, State & Central Minimum Wages compliances & grievance handling of contract workers

- An individual shall be responsible for carrying out contractor audits/assessments, monitoring/tracking, reporting, and evaluating compliances of contractors and supporting team to ensure the smooth running of the contractor assessment process and carrying out compliances under CLRA ambit for Principal Employer.

- Knowledge about Audit Supplier Document- Auditing of Contractors and ensuring they follow labour & factory compliances .

- To ensure the statutory obligation before engaging the contract workers by the Contractor

- Take Disciplinary actions, Interact with Government officials, labour office, good connect with people

- Should have exposure of handling volume labourers and contractors with strong personal skills, Legal & compliance knowledge.

- HR clearance and Full & Final settlement of Contract Laborers.

- Experience in grievance handling of contract workers

- Monitoring the Records, Register, Returns under Labour Laws - Muster roll, Resister of wages, Resister of deduction for damages, Resister of fine, Resister of Advance, Resister of Over time etc.

- To facilitate for License of Contractors

- To issue Temporary ID cum- Gate pass.

- To ensure proper entry of authorized contract workers inside the plant / Project Site

- Monthly check on Statutory Compliance, Checking & Maintenance of Registers

- Verification of contactors bill and submit to Account Department

- To ensure Form V from principal Employer.

- To ensure gate permit & work permit from all the contractor
