Role - Assistant Manager - HR Operations ( Payroll)
Location - Mumbai ( Thane -West)
Purpose of this Role:-
This role manages the whole gamut of activities that deal with managing employee onboarding, time and attendance, monitoring of employee files and Payroll for employees in the India Set-up.
Roles & Responsibility :-
- Payroll management
- Maintain all personnel files.
- Managing vendors and other stakeholders
- Monitoring internal HR systems and databases
- Planning and implementation of induction and employee on-boarding
- Background check process for all internals.
- Monitor and evaluate the company's benefits programs, including insurance programs, retirement plans, sick leave, time off, and vacation policies
- Negotiate benefit coverage services and costs with carriers
Education & Qualification:
- MBA Or Diploma with specialization in HR with 5+yrs experience into Payroll / HR Operations.
