- Managing end to end Payroll starting from Inputs to software to complete execution
- Complete HR operations, end to end Payroll process of employees
- Managing employee escalations and resolving them in amicable manner
- Leave and Attendance Verification of employees.
- Custodian of employee database and ensuring accuracy by doing monthly reviews and validation of database
- Implement process regarding letter generation, salary reviews cycle, employee settlement, Identifying opportunities for process improvement and review it periodically
- Collaboration with business HR leader on various aspects of employee management during hiring and increment cycles
- Interacting with finance & Actuary for the valuation of leave encashment & Gratuity.
- HR Analytics and employee data management.
- Annual Salary Review, performance bonus and sales incentive calculations
- Month on month Payroll Reconciliation, Variance Report, statutory compliance
- Responsible for Internal & External Audits.
- Full & Final settlements
- Facilitate Induction of new joinees in the areas of Compensation & Benefits administration.
- Consistently processing employee welfare and benefits schemes such as Mediclaim and Personal Accident Scheme Management.
