Role Description :
- Should have a pleasing personality & excellent communication skills
- Good experience in HR Operations
- The candidate should have experience in Leave & Attendance management, Employee Relations, queries management, IHRMS handling, Exit Formalities, FnF & other operations activities.
- Induction & orientation
- Payroll Management
- Good knowledge of MS-office, Excel, Word. And PowerPoint.
- Database Management
- Should be well versed with all types of letter generation.
- Can handle the day to day HR activities.
- Should be a good Team Player.
- Should be open to travel to our other office locations if there is a need.
- Open to work 6 days in a week.
