Role :
- Handle end-to-end operations for assigned business units
- Monitor key HR metrics
- Create detailed HR reports
- Assist with new hire onboarding
- Timely interact with stakeholders, maintain relationship with outside vendors
- Mentor new hires/junior colleagues in the respective areas
Experience :
- 5-8 years of experience in managing HR operations, preferably in MNC set up
- Graduation/MBA/Post Graduation
- Stakeholder management
- Critical thinking skills, strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal & written communication skills
