Experience: Industry (preferably MNC) Consulting or any of the Big Four with generalist experience in Business HR & Employee Engagement-
Qualification: Post Graduate in HR from a Tier 1 or 2 Business School
Responsibility :
- The candidate would be responsible for all BaU metrics & overseeing responsibility of overall core HR operations for Advisory function
- Should be fundamentally strong in all functions & concepts of HR
- Will be responsible to manage the complete employee life cycle for the Delhi region
- Work back with Market Segment/BU leads and support HR Head on strategic planning, talent management, employee engagement & other key HR initiatives
- Participate in or lead special projects in an effort to strategically develop, implement and administer HR impact for Advisory practice
- The candidate will be handling an employee strength of 2200 (Delhi & Mumbai)
