A Leading Brand is looking for an Assistant Manager - Human Resources
Location : Bangalore
Reporting to : Senior DGM - Human Resources
Roles & Responsibilities
The incumbent would :
- Manage HR operations for pan India locations
- Recruitment
- Manage employee life cycle from joining till exit
- Issuing appointment letters and ensuring process documentation for new joiners
- Collating attendance reports and processing the same for payroll
- Maintaining MIS and preparing Reports, dashboards
- Maintaining exit data
- Updating and maintaining HR database
- CTC structuring for existing and new employees
- Full & Final settlement (end to end)
- Vendor management & payment
Job Specific Skills :
- Candidate should have experience in handling HR operations role for a midsize company
- Should have excellent people skills
Qualification and Experience :
Graduate/ Post graduate with 4 - 8 years of experience in HR operations.
