Position Title : Assistant Manager HR (L&D)

Job Purpose :
- To identify the Individual and Organisation capability needs
- Design and deliver cost effective learning solutions and performance enhancement processes to build capability and organisational effectiveness
- Measure the impact of Organizational Effectiveness processes on business and people
- Identification of the cost effective development and engagement initiatives which help the organisation to achieve its business goals
- Actioning IDP across levels/functions
- People Capability Development - Skill Enhancement & Competency Building
- Performance Management System & Growth Path
Key Accountabilities :
Training Need Identification :
- Launch Individual Development Plan communication as per the PM & D calendar
- Follow up with functions to ensure on time completion of IDPs
- Conduct organisation need analysis and slate detailed development plan for each function
- Priorities the business critical development needs which could go as an input for training delivery plan
Training interventions :
- Designing training modules based on development needs
- Liasioning with subject matter experts to develop learning modules
Conducting training programmes :
- Post training activities: training evaluation, updating of records etc.
- Build self learning culture-To develop a Learning organisation
- To identify and launch cost effective and easy to implement learning solutions to address the development needs
- Communicate the importance of self learning to the organisation employees and motivate them to take ownership for their development
Training Management and Logistics :
- Ordering training material for global courses through SAP
- Getting training material printed for local courses through E-Buy
- Getting training certificates printed
- Photography and other logistics arrangements for HO training sessions
- Booking and confirming session/attendance details from SAP
- Providing training MIS for HO/Division on a periodic and adhoc basis
- Coordinating and ensuring timely payments for external vendors
Leadership Development :
- Development strategies for key roles in the organisation
- Design and revisit assessment and development centers for customer development function
