The incumbent will look at the entire area of developing specifically the field force and driving initiatives on skilling, development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management and Employee Engagement initiatives for field teams.

Talent Acquisition :

- Facilitate and support complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements. Ensuring meeting the timelines of hire and quality of hire.

- Ensuring hiring's are done as per budgeted plan for both Lateral and Institutional hires.

- The incumbent should however be open to take up responsibilities in overall supporting the HR function in driving the training interventions across fields & plants as per requirements.

- Also as required will support in enhancing Induction & Onboarding process, Employee Engagement & Communications activities, TA, Trainings, PMS, plant HR partnering and support in general administration.

Talent Management :

- Support the execution of talent review and the succession planning process and readying of talent who will deliver for future.

- Ensuring in devising mechanisms to have talent pipeline across levels, locations and skill sets.

-Develop career tracking, learning pathways for the field workforce. Develop mechanisms to enhance employee retention.

Employee Engagement :

- To accomplish high employee engagement by helping create an environment that provides as many opportunities to engage themselves.

- Drive surveys, employee connect events and work on the actionable interventions to enhance employee experience.

- Work in collaboration with Business leaders and HR business partners to drive improved engagement both across the function and within individual verticals/locations.

Learning and Development :

- The incumbent should be able to devise our organizational training strategy, oversee its implementation and assess its outcomes. Will identify training and developmental needs and drive suitable training initiatives. Planning, Preparation and driving of Annual Training Program Calendar.

- Actively contribute to the implementation of learning interventions and development initiatives that are aligned with current and forward-looking enterprise needs for the field employees.

- Develop and drive both behavioral and functional based Training programs.

- Facilitate and develop orientation programs to new hires and ensure onboarding process.

- Development of focused Manager Led Training Programs.

- MBA - Fulltime , with minimum 4 yrs experience
