Skills :
MBA with 5 to 6 years of experience as a HR Generalist.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Work involves recruitment, Performance management, employee engagement, exit management and Training. sourcing, selection and Onboarding of the candidate / New joiners.
- Closing the mandates on agreed TAT, and publishing the Dashboard.
- Coordinating for PMS related activities.
- Execution of Employee engagement related initiatives.
- Coordination for location level Statutory compliance.
- Coordinating for Other HR Operations activities like BGV, Medi Claim, ESI & Payroll inputs related issues.
