Candidates for this role will:

- Program and execute various engagement programs skip level meetings, town hall meetings etc
- Drive employee Participation and action plans
- Liaise will all stakeholders and partners as an employee solution provider
- Work with partners and on Employee Connect
- Smooth Exit process and Exit interviews
- Design, Implement Rewards programs
- Utilize budgets effectively
- Lead a team of 2 members and report to Manger HR
Qualifications Required
- Masters in HR/Business Management/Certification in HR
- 6-8 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to present in front of audiences at various levels
- Excellent planning and presentation skills, also requires outstanding attention to detail
- Experience working independently on multiple assignments or engagements
- Passion to deliver results in a dynamic environment
- Experience in Real estate or IT or NON-IT preferred. Minimum 3 years in any organization continuity is a must.
