Assistant Manager - HR Compliance
- Understand and create top level view of HR processes and employee life cycle
- Perform gap analysis on existing processes and help teams set up their processes. Work with stakeholders on process design and SOP creation
Work with HR leaders to:
- Identify new processes
- Update existing processes
- Improve HR process compliance & Increase awareness of process compliance
- Version control documents and manage the same on the HR QMS to ensure common documents are used across HR
- Communication and maintenance of HR processes and related artifacts
- Educating internal stakeholders in HR on the processes defined
- Conduct audits to check compliance of created processes and recommend changes/improvements
- Work with the internal risk & compliance team to ensure processes are in line with risk related aspects and all external audits are managed effectively
- Work with process owners on creating and changing processes by institutionalizing the process of SOP creation and change management
- Training/Walkthrough for HR team on processes with focus on audit related requirements/artifacts to be maintained
