Job Purpose :
- The individual will support a functional head to develop and implement HR plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives and deliver results. This work includes, but is not limited to, increasing workforce capability, providing change leadership, talent management and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement.
Principal Accountabilities :
- Establish a culture amongst employees which reflects the Company's core values and constantly reinforce it to ensure all employees live the values.
- Assist & manage the recruiting for the function with a view to provide the best talent across the locations efficiently and on time.
- Manage the orientation programme to ensure all employees are on-boarded effectively.
- Identify training needs and create, implement, and oversee the training programs
- Partner with managers to retain, develop and motivate people to achieve their fullest potential.
- Play the role of an 'Employee Advocate' to all employees; and coach and counsel them when considered necessary.
- Drive recognition programs with a view to motivate, reward and retain employees.
- Driving the Employee Engagement interventions based on the business need and results from the Engagement survey/Pulse check-ins.
- Analyse attrition, productivity, and other metrics with a view to enable optimum utilization of human resources and share the findings with business.
- Drive innovative thinking to establish 'next practices' in people management. At the same time, current HR practices must be constantly reviewed with a view to improve them and make them more effective.

Qualification Experience :
- MBA/PG in Human Resources - 5-7 year experience of working in fast paced, service-oriented environment
- Must have worked in Business HR role for at-least 5 years
