Job Responsibilities :
- Partner with internal customers to roll out all key people processes - Performance management, compensation, benefits, employee engagement initiatives, development programs, on boarding, etc.
- Manage the performance management processes such that managers are coached to drive a high-performance culture
- Proactively identify people issues and trends within the business and work together with your key stakeholders in order to formulate and implement solutions
- Provide guidance and coaching to managers in all aspects of HR, help them drive effective career conversations & develop their teams
- Maintain strong employee relations to stay abreast of concerns and address grievances/ personnel issues
- Identify training needs for business units and coaching needs as well
Desired Candidate :
- 5 to 6 years of prior experience in a BP-HR role in a fast paced environment and possesses a business acumen.
- Experience in L&D will be a plus
- Demonstrated proficiency in partnering with key stakeholders in senior positions in the definition and execution of people initiatives focused on business priorities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and be able to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Superior project management skills and ability to drive programs independently
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to analyze trends and propose recommendations
- Excellent written and oral communication & interpersonal skills
- Should have a right & positive attitude
