Roles & Responsibilities:
- Establishes HR practises , Guidelines, and approaches Business team with solution
- Collaborates with managers and staff to enhance working relationships , develops self-esteem and enhance profitability
- Deals with complicated matters related to employees and discusses complaints and provides resolution
- Classification of training requirements of business teams and departments and planning and execution for team development
- Ensuring to conduct 30 60 90 days connect feedback for all new joiners and sharing report out with business
- Responsible for seeing health programs for workers and structuring reimbursement and benefits
- HR BP is a sales person of Human resources .HRBP represents HR at the internal clients , works with them sells solutions of HR and brings requirement back
- HRBP proactively collects requirements and identifies issues. HRBP designs a plan with the internal client and asks for the help from CoES
- HRBP leads projects for the internal client and involves employees from HR CoES to ensure that the solution is universal for the entire company
- HR BP has the decision making power, which is delegated from HR management
Skills And Attributes:
- 6 years of Strong business and HR operation acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, and self-initiative
- Excellent Excel and presentation skill
