Role Objective:
An integral part of the HR team who will be responsible to develop and implement Talent Management initiatives in alignment with the organizational goals.
Job Responsibilities:
- Support the team in implementing Talent Management strategies across Talent Retention, Capability Building and Talent Acquisition.
- Creates and executes learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.
- Work with the HR leadership in building a performance oriented, collaborative culture.
- Be a part of Talent Reviews, work on succession plans. Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning and developmental opportunities within the organization.
- Collaborate with other HR team members to implement innovative and inclusive recruitment strategies.
- Plan and drive employee engagement initiatives. Introduce interventions that support Employee wellbeing.
Job Specifications:
- Minimum Education - Post Graduate in HR, Social Sciences or any related field
- Minimum/Relevant Experience - Atleast 6 to 8 years of experience as a HR Business Partner, Learning & Development.
- Atleast One year experience in Talent Acquisition will be helpful.
- Past Industry / /Company Experience - Open to candidates across Industries, exposure to Media & Broadcast sector will an advantage
- Strong business acumen along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
