- Graduate with Specialization in HR / Employee Relations preferred
- Prior experience of working in Employee Relations/HR Management areas clearly preferred
- Individuals with 5-7 years overall HR experience
- Working window : 1:30 pm - 10:30 pm.
- Cab Services would be provided
- Responsible for creating an employee experience on site that is best in class
Specifically this involves, but not restricted to
- Will be responsible for evolving and implementing best in class HR processes, policies besides creating and delivering on a robust employee engagement agenda at the GOSC
- Evolve and implement on an Employee Development Agenda that fosters learning, growth and sustains engagement
- Will work to ensure a trouble free Employee Relations climate on site, trouble shoot employee specific grievance/concerns, effectively design and deliver compliant HR solutions to tackle employee relations issues on site.
- Work on best in class practices to attract, retain & engage, Manage and motivate talent.
- Work to create synergies across different constituencies of the workforce, forge strong relationships and stay networked at all times across all levels to help foster open channels of communication in the organization
- Will help create a Performance Oriented culture by driving performance standards and effectively yet fairly dealing with related issues
