Responsibilities:
- Development, implementation, and evolution of the organizational strategy
- Partner with corporate teams to continuously improve programs such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, career development and leadership development
- Partner with talent acquisition to meet the headcount growth goals for the organization, including interviewing, assessing and on-boarding
- Review and analyze business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee engagement, performance, retention and employee experience
Requirements:
- MBA/PGDM from Tier I institutions with minimum 3 years of experience in business partnering (start-up experience is mandatory)
- High on accountability, drive and ownership
- Good communication and analytical skills
- Hands on experience in business partnering
