- Streamlining HR activities.
- Maintaining Employee Life Cycle from Induction to Exit.
- Structured employee connection like conducting Skip Meetings, town halls, brown bags, open forums.
- Strategizing on new interventions for Employee Engagement.
- Ensuring Floor coverage by self and team to understand the pulse.
- Ensuring attrition control measures like RAG and succession planning are in place.
- Should have deep knowledge in all statutory compliances like Payroll, PF, ESIC, and Mediclaim.
- Team Management experience a mandate ( Team Size 5+)
- Good exposure to Performance Management.
- Design and Implement appropriate Rewards & Recognition program for employees related to customer delight.
- Communicate with Business heads for better alignment.
- Evaluate and improvise the current HR practices to keep with time and external benchmarks.
- Lead projects and drive change management.
