- Collaborate with local leadership and develop HR agenda to support site and organizational goals
- Manage all aspects of the recruitment process of shortlisting, conducting interviews, salary negotiations
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Policies and Procedures: Suggesting and assisting in creating, implementing & updating the HR systems and procedures.
- Design and implement relevant training programs. Monitor training programs to ensure that training objectives are met
- Responsible for timely completion of employee life-cycle events like probation, HR connect, exit, etc
- Responsible for all statutory compliances under various Labour laws. Manage timely statutory activities and records - Assistance in organizing of employee engagement activities & events
- Provide response to HR enquiries verbal or written from employees in consultation with seniors.
- Timely review and response of all suggestions/concerns received from staff
- Resolve employee relations issues; conduct thorough and objective investigations when necessary
- Coordinate with external and internal auditors to ensure smooth completion of audits
