Below is a brief description on the role-

This person will be responsible to handle Strategic HR business partner role.

Primary responsibilities will be :

Performance management

Succession planning

Employee Engagement

Attrition management

Onboarding, C&B, R&R etc.

Experience : 6+ years of work experience including 5-8 years of experience in HR Business Partner role preferably with Tier 1 organizations.

Qualification - Any Graduate/ MBA/ PGDM
