Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive organizational assessments to identify areas for improvement in performance, culture, and structure, driving data-driven recommendations for positive change.
- Design, develop, and implement engaging and effective training programs that enhance employee skills, knowledge, and overall capabilities in alignment with organizational goals.
- Champion and facilitate change management efforts within the organization, ensuring effective communication, training, and support throughout the transition process.
- Leverage data analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, generating insightful reports to inform strategic decision-making by leadership.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization, promoting employee engagement and adaptability in a dynamic market landscape.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support talent development and organizational effectiveness.
Key Requirements:
- Master's degree in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or Business Administration (full-time) from a premier institute is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience as an Organizational Development Specialist or a similar role within a relevant industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in skills development, capacity-building strategies, and adult learning principles.
- Proficiency in a variety of office and business administration software applications (mention specific relevant software).
- Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to connect with individuals at all levels of the organization
