- Must have experience in Recruitment by engaging with consultants as well as searching on online/other platforms to close the positions as per the target.
- Experience in formulating HR Policies as per the Company's Business and requirements.
- Engage with employees and ensure smooth functioning of HR in all departments in order to have a high motivational level of people in the organisation.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to help employee meet performance goal. Conduct HR workshops as per requirements.
Experience : 5- 8 years.
Qualification : Degree/Diploma in HR Management
Location : Mumbai
